HARTING Systems develops, designs, plans and produces customer-specific housing technology made from aluminum, steel and stainless steel on standardized as well as on premium levels. The systems impress with their longevity, quality and reliability. Manufactured according to customer specifications, they are made and assembled for industrial use – either as complete or as partial systems.

While HARTING Systems produces and markets its own products, the company also renders metal-processing production services for numerous corporate customers. These services comprise processes ranging from cutting, stamping and laser cutting, to edging, bending and welding, and on to surface treatment and assembly. All of these services are part of the company’s successful and track-proven portfolio.

HARTING Systems is also one of the world’s leading suppliers of storage- and dispensing systems for theft-endangered products. HARTING Systems solutions have proved highly successful in their installations at food retailers, kiosks and gas stations. Examples of the different generations and models of HARTING cigarette vending machines can be found in virtually all types of restaurants as well as in outdoor installations.

The manufacturing facilities at the Espelkamp plant, which was built in 2002, spread out over 17,000 square meters, and are equipped with leading edge manufacturing technology.
Ultra-modern surface treatment (powder coating) processes with flexible and rapid color changes, fully automated stamping systems and combined stamping/laser equipment, CNC bending centers, as well as welding robots are just a few examples of the innovations in place at the plant.
